Moving to Connect: Intermediate Contemporary Modern Technique

This class draws from a variety of modern/contemporary dance techniques, somatic practices, and anatomical fundamentals to find connectivity within the body. Each class focuses on one movement principle, which is explored through improvisation, warm-up, center combinations, and across the floor phrase work.
